Brian Badenhorst is a seasoned Oracle consultant with over two decades of experience delivering enterprise data and system transformation projects. He began his career as an Oracle HR/Payroll Technical Consultant and has since held a range of roles across public and private sectors, including work with Whitbread, the MoD, HP, Accenture, and Fujitsu. Brian has developed deep expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Fusion, and HCM/Payroll systems, with a particular focus on data migration, technical consulting, and solution architecture. His work spans complex reporting solutions, system integration, and iterative data migration cycles that support large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Jen Thomson began her career in the military as an aircraft technician, where they developed a sharp attention to detail and a disciplined, solutions-focused mindset. Transitioning into tech through the Oracle Partner Veterans Program, she quickly established themselves in the field of enterprise data, working with a wide range of clients to manage and oversee end-to-end data migration cycles with precision and care.
